<p>Prof.&nbsp;Dr.&nbsp;Burcu&nbsp;Aracıoğlu&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;Turkish&nbsp;scholar&nbsp;specializing&nbsp;in&nbsp;logistics&nbsp;and&nbsp;supply&nbsp;chain&nbsp;management.&nbsp;She&nbsp;serves&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;Professor&nbsp;and&nbsp;Department&nbsp;Head&nbsp;within&nbsp;the&nbsp;Department&nbsp;of&nbsp;Business&nbsp;Administration,&nbsp;overseeing&nbsp;the&nbsp;Logistics&nbsp;Management&nbsp;Subdepartment&nbsp;at&nbsp;Ege&nbsp;University&nbsp;in&nbsp;Bornova,&nbsp;İzmir.&nbsp;Her&nbsp;academic&nbsp;trajectory&nbsp;began&nbsp;at&nbsp;Ege&nbsp;University,&nbsp;where&nbsp;she&nbsp;earned&nbsp;her&nbsp;Bachelor’s&nbsp;degree&nbsp;in&nbsp;2000,&nbsp;followed&nbsp;by&nbsp;a&nbsp;Master’s&nbsp;degree&nbsp;in&nbsp;2003,&nbsp;and&nbsp;a&nbsp;Ph.D.&nbsp;in&nbsp;Business&nbsp;Administration&nbsp;in&nbsp;2008.&nbsp;She&nbsp;initially&nbsp;joined&nbsp;the&nbsp;faculty&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;Research&nbsp;Assistant&nbsp;in&nbsp;2001&nbsp;and&nbsp;steadily&nbsp;advanced,&nbsp;earning&nbsp;the&nbsp;title&nbsp;of&nbsp;Assistant&nbsp;Professor&nbsp;in&nbsp;2009,&nbsp;Associate&nbsp;Professor&nbsp;in&nbsp;2017,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Full&nbsp;Professor&nbsp;in&nbsp;2024.&nbsp;&nbsp;Her&nbsp;extensive&nbsp;research&nbsp;portfolio&nbsp;focuses&nbsp;on&nbsp;production&nbsp;management,&nbsp;service&nbsp;systems,&nbsp;sustainable&nbsp;production,&nbsp;and&nbsp;supply&nbsp;chain&nbsp;logistics.&nbsp;She&nbsp;has&nbsp;contributed&nbsp;numerous&nbsp;peer-reviewed&nbsp;articles&nbsp;to&nbsp;international&nbsp;databases&nbsp;like&nbsp;Web&nbsp;of&nbsp;Science&nbsp;and&nbsp;Scopus,&nbsp;exploring&nbsp;contemporary&nbsp;issues&nbsp;such&nbsp;as&nbsp;green&nbsp;supply&nbsp;chain&nbsp;transitions,&nbsp;the&nbsp;impact&nbsp;of&nbsp;international&nbsp;transport&nbsp;corridors,&nbsp;and&nbsp;digital&nbsp;technology&nbsp;integration&nbsp;in&nbsp;pharmaceutical&nbsp;networks.&nbsp;Her&nbsp;specialized&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;includes&nbsp;applying&nbsp;methodology&nbsp;like&nbsp;patent&nbsp;analytics&nbsp;and&nbsp;tech&nbsp;mining&nbsp;to&nbsp;investigate&nbsp;structural&nbsp;trends&nbsp;in&nbsp;logistics&nbsp;and&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;product&nbsp;lifecycles.&nbsp;&nbsp;Beyond&nbsp;teaching&nbsp;and&nbsp;research,&nbsp;Prof.&nbsp;Aracıoğlu&nbsp;has&nbsp;assumed&nbsp;major&nbsp;administrative&nbsp;responsibilities&nbsp;at&nbsp;Ege&nbsp;University.&nbsp;She&nbsp;has&nbsp;served&nbsp;as&nbsp;Vice&nbsp;Director&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Social&nbsp;Sciences&nbsp;Institute,&nbsp;Deputy&nbsp;Director&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Ege&nbsp;Strategic&nbsp;Research&nbsp;Center,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Department&nbsp;Chair.&nbsp;She&nbsp;also&nbsp;applied&nbsp;her&nbsp;logistical&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;directly&nbsp;to&nbsp;healthcare&nbsp;operations&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;Supply&nbsp;Chain&nbsp;and&nbsp;Cost&nbsp;Analysis&nbsp;Coordinator&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;Ege&nbsp;University&nbsp;Application&nbsp;and&nbsp;Research&nbsp;Hospital.&nbsp;Furthermore,&nbsp;she&nbsp;is&nbsp;an&nbsp;active&nbsp;member&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Turkish&nbsp;Logistics&nbsp;Association&nbsp;(LODER)&nbsp;and&nbsp;contributes&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;academic&nbsp;community&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;Editor&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Ege&nbsp;Stratejik&nbsp;Araştırmalar&nbsp;Dergisi.&nbsp;</p>
