The VUCA and BANI paradigms highlight emerging challenges and opportunities in education. This chapter explores how student engagement and e-mentoring foster resilience, adaptability, and inclusivity in this dynamic context. Student engagement is redefined to address digital fatigue, information overload, and psychological stress in hybrid and digital environments. Emerging technologies like AI, gamification, and virtual reality enhance cognitive and emotional engagement while promoting equitable access. E-mentoring provides personalized guidance, emotional support, and professional development through digital platforms, leveraging AI-powered matching and asynchronous tools. The integration of engagement and e-mentoring offers a holistic framework for student retention, learning outcomes, and well-being. Practical recommendations and case studies illustrate their impact in building inclusive, adaptable, and future-ready education systems.</span></p>
