Özet
The aim of this study is to examine science learning skills levels of pre-service primary school teachers in terms of class year at university, gender and type of high school graduated. The study was carried out with the screening model, which is one of the quantitative research types. Convenience sampling method was used to determine the sample in the study. The sample of the study consists of 410 first, second, third and fourth grade teacher candidates studying in the classroom education program of the education faculties of two universities in the west of Turkey. Data collection tools were preferred as “Science Learning Skills Scale” by Chang et al. (Turkish version by Şenler). According to the results of the research, there is no significant difference about science learning skill scores recognised related to gender, class year, and graduated high school type.
