Özet
This study aimed to examine how artificial intelligence supports teachers' classroom practices and school leadership practices. Using conceptual literature review approach, the study summarized the literature into three main thema, including “Educational benefits of AI,” “School Leadership and AI,” and “Using AI for School Leadership: Evidence from Research.” Literature has demonstrated the impact of AI in the school environment in two main ways. First, from practical perspective, AI systems organize the time management of school leaders and teachers by doing routine tasks. It also notes that they can use it by providing individualized feedback to students and parents. Second, from theoretical perspective, social cognitive theory explains three dimensions: personal factors, including cognitive processes such as beliefs, skills, and self-efficacy. Behavioral factors refer to the actions that a person performs. Environmental factors include work settings, organizational support, and social norms. In conclusion, AI can support leadership efficiency but raises ethical challenges.
