<p>Prof. Dr. Serap Annette Akgür</p><p>Ege Üniversitesi Madde Bağımlılığı, Toksikoloji ve İlaç Bilimleri Enstitüsü</p><p>Serap Annette Akgür 1988 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinden mezun olmuş, Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Farmakoloji Anabilim dalından Tıbbi Farmakoloji uzmanlığını aldıktan sonra, Adli Tıp Anabilim Dalından Adli Toksikoloji doktorasını tamamlamıştır. 2007 yılında kurulan Madde Bağımlılığı, Toksikoloji ve İlaç Bilimleri Enstitüsünün kurucu üyesidir, Bağımlık Toksikolojisi Anabilim Dalı başkanı olarak görevine devam etmektedir.</p><p> Adli bilimler alanında çalışmaya başlamasını takiben Uluslararası Adli Toksikologlar Derneği TIAFT (The International Association of Forensic Toxicologists, Türkiye temsilcisi) başta olmak üzere Uluslararası Alkol ve Madde Testi Forumu- IFDAT (International Forum for Drug and Alcohol Testing, board üyesi), Avrupa Birliği İşyeri Madde Testi Birliği (EWDTS, European Workplace Drug Testing Society, board üyesi) gibi bir çok uluslararası ve ulusal bilimsel kuruluşlarla işbirliği içinde adli toksikoloji çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir. “ Madde kullanımı ve bağımlılığı ile mücadele” programları kapsamında Adalet Bakanlığı, İçişleri Bakanlığı, Sağlık Bakanlığı gibi ilgili kurumlarla işbirliği içinde çalışmaktadır. </p>
