<p>He graduated from Izmir Atatürk High School in 1983. He completed his graduate studies in Dokuz Eylul University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Mechanical Engineering Department in 1990, Ege University Solar Energy Institute Energy Technology Department in 1992, and Ege University Science Institute Solar Energy Department in 1999. Between 1991-2001, he worked as a lecturer and research assistant at Ege University Solar Energy Institute, Department of Energy Technology. Between 2001-2012, he worked as a faculty member and assistant professor in Ege University Engineering Faculty Mechanical Engineering Department Thermodynamics Department. Between 2012-2018, he worked in the same department with the title of associate professor. Since 2018, he has been working as a professor doctor. His fields of study are heat transfer, thermodynamics, thermal energy storage, heat pumps and new energy sources. He has many national and international articles, papers, book translations, book chapter authorship, patents and awards.</p>
