<p>Dr. Funda Yoldaş is Associate Professor at Ege University, stationed at its Odemiş Vocational School, where she coordinates the Organic Agriculture Program. Her research and teaching focus on sustainable and organic crop production, integrating practical field-based applications with academic investigation. Dr. Yoldaş has engaged in applied research projects on topics such as alternative crops for the Aegean region, organic mulch materials, and animal-plant integration systems. She emphasizes bridging theory and practice: under her leadership, the school’s program includes both applied field work and classroom instruction-offering students hands-on experience in organic agricultural production, quality control and market preparation.</p>
