<p>Prof. Dr. Ferit TURANLI, 28 Aralık 1971 yılında Manisaya Bağlı Salihli İlçesinin Poyrazdamları Mahallesinde doğmuştur. İlk ve Orta öğretimini burada tamamladıktan sonra, Ege Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Bitki Koruma Bölümünden 1992 yılında mezun olmuştur. 1995 yılında yüksek lisans ve 2001 yılında doktora eğitimlerini tamamlamıştır. 2003 yılında Yardımcı Doçent, 2007 yılında Doçent ve 2013 yılında Profesör kadrosuna atanmıştır. Evli ve bir çocuk sahibidir.</p>
