DEVELOPMENT OF AN ARDUINO-BASED MICROPLATE CELL CULTURE COUNTING SYSTEM
Project no. 21647 · Status: Kapanmış (Yayın bekleniyor) · 2020
Summary
Different methods and measurement systems are used in the control and measurement of radiolabeled compounds synthesized in radiochemistry laboratories. Radioactivity measurements of radiolabeled compounds in radiopharmacy and radiochemistry applications are carried out with cell microplate counting systems using scintillation detectors. These devices have many different functions and features for radiopharmacy laboratory uses. It greatly raises the devices having different functions. From this, measurements are taken in the laboratory and manual processes. A laboratory type microplate cell culture counting system with semiconductor detector within the scope of the thesis project. Laboratory type microplate cell culture counting system is designed with low open-source software and hardware, Arduino, and thus manual options counting process with low detector systems can be done in a computer environment with software control over an interface under it.
