Project no. 1141 · Status: Kapanmış · 2015
Summary
In this study, some limnological characteristics of Lake Sülüklügöl (Manisa) were examined. Sampling was carried out in 2016-2017 years. As a result of examination of zooplankton samples collected from the lake, a total of 51 taxa were identified from 47 taxa belonging to 7 families from Rotifera; 3 taxa belonging to 3 families of Cladocerans and one taxon belonging to one family of Copepoda. As a result of the examination of benthic samples collected from Sülüklügöl lake 7 taxa belonging to subclass of Oligochaeta, one each taxa were determined from Ephemeroptera, Diptera and Coleoptera orders from Insecta class, all taxa detected from Lake Sülüklügöl are recorded for the first time. Measurements of maximum depth, secchi-disc depth, water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, dissolved oxygen saturation, salinity and electrical conductivity were taken in the field to find some physico-chemical parameters belonging to Lake Sülüklügöl.
