LIGHT CURVE ANALYSIS OF ALGOL TYPE ECLIPSING BINARY SYSTEMS

Summary
In this study the characters of the period variation of RY Per and FR Ori which are Algol-type eclipsing binaries, have examined. The period analysis of the both systems were performed by using times of minima calculated from the observations obtained at Ege University Observatory and collected times of minima in the literature. The character of the O-C varitions exhibit an increasing parabolic variation. This variations can be attributed to the mass transfer from secondary companion to the primary.
