Summary
<p>The results of stem cells and exosome applications, which have recently been used in many field of medicine, offer a glimmer of hope for the future. In particular, exosome applications find a safer usage area because they do not have the side effects of stem cell application.</p><p>As a result of our study, the inhibitory effects of stem cell application and stem cell-derived exosome applications on postoperative intra-abdominal adhesions were</p><p>determined in an in vivo animal model, and it was observed that these applications could be used safely in the prevention or treatment of postoperative adhesions in the intraperitoneal area.</p>
