Results: In the evaluation of the drawing made by children undergoing oncology treatment; it has been found that they mostly use their color preferences in the direction of lively and warm colors in multi-colored paints, reflect the characteristics of the age group they are in and at the same time reflect their realistic perceptions of the environment they receive treatment in their drawings. In the evaluation of the Faces Comparison Scale used before and after drawing, it was found that there was a positive change in the emotional states of the children after the painting activity (p: 0.004).
