Determinability of Chlorosis in Pear Plants by Soil Analysis

Project no. 21584 · Status: Kapanmış · 2020

Summary

In this study conducted in Çeltikköy, Bursa, it was tried to determine the risk of chlorosis based on soil analysis results. For this purpose, a total of 72 soil samples were taken from 0-25 and 25-50 cm depths by creating 10 × 10 m grids in the pear garden. According to the coefficients of variation at both depths, the minimum change was determined in soil lime content (CV upper: 37.43; lower 54.18). All soil samples were found to be mild and moderately alkaline. High pH and high lime values were collected in the same region according to the estimation distribution maps created by the kriging method. It is considered that the risk of chlorosis is high in the mentioned area.
