Summary
Academic Educational Support Within The Concept of Quality in Education and Renovation in Infrastructure Project, which was carried out within the scope of Scientific Research Projects, had been planned to enhance the job satisfaction of all stakeholders including the instructors, officers and the cleaning personnel, to form a common sense with all through the objectives, strategic plan and annual reports of the school and to supply sufficent materials and convenient surrounding with the guidance of qualified personnel to the students while they are trying to improve language skills. In addition, it was planned to buy several smart boards which were necessary for enhancing teaching quality. The school administration has collaborated with İzmir Kalder and a series of training sessions from the Kalder experts have been conducted for volunteer instructors and the other personnel. The participants had precious efforts to learn the Excellence Model and to find ways to adapt it so that our school could make the utmost benefit from the model. Meanwhile, a very detailed Self Evaluation Report was written including the strengths, sides to be improved and short-term and long-term objectives.
