ON THE WAVE SOLUTIONS OF NONLINEAR EVOLUTION EQUATIONS

Project no. 617 · Status: Kapanmış · 2016

Summary

Nonlinear evolution equations are known as the mathematical modelling of physcal events. The solutions of these equations have importance as they give information about the character of physical phenomena. Traveling wave solutions of nonlinear evolution equations have an important place in many elds such as applied mathematics, physics and engineering. Since the evolution equations are used to describe the complex phenomena that occur in nature, a variety of methods have been developed to solve these equations. One of the method is extended auxilary equation method (extended Kudryashov method). In this project, traveling wave solutions of models that characterize diffusion of scatter waves, diffusion of solitons in optical bers, approximation for surface long waves in nonlinear dispersive media hydromagnetic waves in cold plasma, acoustic gravity waves in compressible uids and acoustic waves in harmonic crystals are obtained by extended auxilary equation method. Keywords: Evolution equations, traveling wave solutions, extended method.
