GENERAL RESEARCH PROJECT RENOVATION OF THE COMPUTER CENTER IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE TRAININGS GIVEN AT EGE UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE In our days, computer technology has been improving rapidly in the world and in our country Agriculture Faculty that was established in 1955, is one of the oldest faculty, with 2200 university students and 350 stuffs. It is obvious that a modern Computer Center with laboratories will improve the education quality. In the Faculty, there is a need for a Computer Center with computer laboratories capable of meeting the demands of the students. The aim of the project is to upgrade the computers in the laboratories and to ensure that the students receive better quality and contemporary education in given courses by using more current operating systems and software. Thus, students' access to information will be accelerated and facilitated. Within the scope of the project, the purchase of computer parts and other equipment has been adapted to the system. Thus, the existing shortcomings of the computer laboratories have been solved, and it has been rendered operational at full capacity and improved according to today’s conditions. In addition, a web design course was given to 25 students selected from the Faculty of Agriculture. Key words: Hardware, ROUTER, Switch, Web design
