THE EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT PEPTIDIDS ON TURBOT (PSETTA MAXIMA) SPERMS AND INVESTIGATION OF HISTOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION IN GONADS
Project no. 1147 · Status: Kapanmış · 2016
Summary
In this study, weights of turbot used in study were changed between 1276 and 3003.6 gr. In addition to weight data, total lengths were varied between 43.8 and 56.4 cm. When sperm motility was compared, significant difference was found between control and other groups (p <0.05). Three different doses of 1.025 ppb, 2.05 ppb and 4.1 ppb were administered in the in vitro assay. At the end of the experiment, the highest rate of motility was found in the control group (86%) and the lowest in the group administered 2.05 (8.5%). Significant differences were found between groups (p <0.05). As a result of the data obtained, the kinematic properties were investigated that turbot spermatozoa exposed to cypermethrin. There was no difference between in vitro experiment (p> 0.05), but in vivo were obtained significantly difference (p <0.05). Keywords: Psetta maxima, pesticide, sperm, gonad, histology
