INVESTIGATION OF THE PULL-OUT BEHAVIOR BETWEEN THE HIGH PERFORMANCE REINFORCED CONCRETE AND STEEL PLATE
Project no. 1372 · Status: Kapanmış · 2018
Summary
In this study, the pull-out behavior of the steel plate, which acts as a fastening element embedded in a reinforced concrete element manufactured using high performance concrete with high compressive strength, was investigated. It is an important problem that the plates, which are a type of connection commonly used in steel-reinforced concrete mixed systems, that are embedded in the concrete to connect two or more reinforced concrete elements or reinforced concrete elements and steel elements, and stripping from the concrete, is an important problem. Steel elements can be easily stripped from normal-strength concrete. Determining the effect of high strength and high performance concrete on concrete-steel plate adherence is important in terms of ensuring building safety and sustainability of the facility. For this purpose, the steel plate embedded in the reinforced concrete sample, which is manufactured using high-strength concrete on a one-to-one scale, was pulled by applying a pulling force after the reinforced concrete sample reached 21-day strength, and the required data was obtained and the behavior was modeled. The model, which was developed in accordance with the results of the experiment, was analyzed under different load patterns, and possible collapse patterns of the model were obtained.
