Evaluation of innovative approaches for the production and characterization of chemobrionics

Project no. 20932 · Status: Kapanmış · 2019

Summary

Self-organizing complex structures with specific properties are subject of many studies in various scientific fields, especially in materials science. Chemobrionics, which draws attention due to its similarity to the formation of biological structures, are complex self-organizing systems that have characteristic physical, chemical and mechanical properties. These structures have a high potential in the development of different types of materials that can be used in various biotechnological fields due to their specific properties. In order to obtain useful materials, detailed experimental studies should be conducted for the chemobrionic production and the structural properties of products should be characterized for a complete understanding. The main goal of this project (Evaluation of Innovative Approaches for Chemobrionic Production and Characterization-FGA2019-20932) is to contribute to the database that created for the production of chemobrionics in order to determine their importance in the scientific field. Firstly, various methods have been evaluated to control the chemobrionic production process in order to prevent their random formation mechanism and to obtain specific materials. Then, effects of different types of reactants for the metal salt and anion solution were evaluated. Afterwards, chemobrionic structures were produced by various methods such as seed, injection, membrane and 3-D printer, and their differences were examined in terms of applied techniques. Finally, effects of various critical parameters were investigated. As a result of project, production of desired, stabile and standardized structures was provided by the development of a new controlled method and detailed datas were obtained about specific properties of chemobrionics with many characterization analyzes.
