METAL OXIDE NANOMATERIALS SYNTHESIS BY MICROWAVE METHOD AND THEIR MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISATIONS
Project no. 569 · Status: Kapanmış · 2016
Summary
In this project, production and morphology characterizations of zinc oxide nanomaterials were evaluated by using different output materials. Morphological structures were analyzed by electron scanning microscope. Formation of zinc oxide structures was obtained by X-ray analysis. When the morphological analyzes were evaluated by electron scanning microscope, it was observed that the thickness and length of nanostructures were changed and the morphological structures were totally differentiated with the output material and time differences. Especially morphological structure is known to change all the features of electronic device structure. For this reason, morphological structure analysis with different methods is important. These features are important findings for improving the performance of the electronic device, and the contribution of the literature to the scientific studies is important.
