Web interface and Web Services Development of Graph Algorithms for Graph Analysis

Project no. 20589 · Status: Kapanmış · 2019

Summary

The topics of graph theory have many applications in computer science. Graphs are involved in the mathematical modeling of the problems of very popular research fields of computer science such as data mining, image segmentation, clustering, image capture, and networking. The most important role of graph theory in computer applications is the development of graph algorithms. Numerous algorithms are used to solve problems modeled as graphs. These algorithms are used to draw graphical concepts used to solve problems related to computer science. Today, there are various computer languages to support graph theory concepts. However, although these languages support the concepts of graph theory, they do not have an interface that displays and arranges graphs instantaneously. Neither also has a web interface. These languages usually keep graphs in lists or matrices. This representation way brings graphs almost completely incomprehensible. Within the scope of the project, a web interface and web services that support the concepts of graph theory, can display multiple graphs at the same time, have a user-friendly interface and include algorithms to analyze graphs have been developed.
