It was determined that there was no statistically significant difference between the scores of the midwives who provided and did not provide maternal health services in the Emotional Labor Scale, Burnout Scale and its sub-dimensions (p>0.05). It was determined that there was no relationship between the emotional labor and burnout levels of the midwives, but there were positive and negative significant related dimensions between the sub-dimensions of the scale (p<0.05). Conclusion: With the findings of the research, it was seen that the midwives who were on active duty in the period before the Covid-19 vaccine started to be applied during the Covid-19 pandemic process were exhausted and their emotional labor was above the average.
