Summary
<p>The aim of this project, numbered 23615, "Detection and Analysis of Audio-Visual and Written Archive Records Made in Azerbaijan on the Borçalı Âşıklık (Minstrelsy) Tradition", is based on the Azerbaijani tradition, which has been living in the Borçalı region of Georgia for centuries and has deeply affected the minstrel tradition in Turkey and Azerbaijan. This tradition has been living in the Borçalı region of Georgia for centuries. The other aim of the study is to analyze and determine the written, visual and audio sources in the archives and to examine the representatives of the Borchali minstrel tradition and the works of this tradition in the fields of folk literature and music. Borçalı is an important cultural center for Azerbaijan as well as for Turkey. As a result of the literature analyze made at the proposal stage of this project, we have determined that there are studies conducted by Azerbaijani scientists in the city of Baku-Azerbaijan, on the tradition of minstrelsy in the Borçalı region, but these studies and recordings are not included in the studies in Turkey. For this reason, with the permission of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, audio, video recordings and publications in the archives of the Azerbaijan National Academy, Central Elmi Bookstore, Azerbaijan National Library accessed and examined.</p>
