Summary
In this study, three new Schiff bases were synthesized and Pt Complex of one of them was realized. Ligand and complex structures were determined by 1H-NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR and elemental analysis data. The interaction of the synthesized complex with Amyloid-Beta, an important cause of Alzheimer's, was investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer. Again, the interaction of this amyloid with histidine, one of the amino acids mentioned in the literature, which plays an important role in the interaction with coordination compounds, was monitored by 1H-NMR.
