Summary
Ege University Faculty of Fisheries is one of the leading faculty engaged in research on marine and freshwater resources in our country. Department of Fish Processing Technology which is a sub-unit of Fish Capture and Processing Technology, the consisting of highly qualified personnel and many students graduate and doctoral level registered. The laboratory that was submitted to Ege University Department of Scientific Research, is designed to fish processing researches. The laboratory was opened since June, 2016.
