Özet
<p>Considering the climatic and atmospheric conditions in which outdoor textile surfaces such as awnings, tents, parachute fabric, and sailcloth are utilized for various applications, these surfaces experience a decline in the physical performance values of textile materials over time due to prolonged exposure to sunlight, even in the absence of any mechanical impact. The extended exposure to sunlight leads to a reduction in the service life and physical performance of outdoor textile surfaces due to the aging effect caused by solar radiation. In the scope of this study, different textile materials underwent UV aging tests, and the altered physical properties post-aging were examined. Material performance was evaluated, taking parameters such as tensile strength and tear resistance into account.</p>
