Summary
Mobile devices, which have become an important part of journalism, are also influencing journalism education, especially the many components of the journalism profession. Within the scope of the project, which aims to reach a broad literature on mobile journalism, which is a subdiscipline in the field of journalism, the development of mobile journalism, the innovations introduced by mobile devices to journalism and the use of mobile devices in journalism education were investigated. The project, which utilized more than one research method, utilized a comprehensive literature search and survey methods. Within the scope of the project, the use of mobile journalism in both theoretical and applied journalism education is examined. As a result of the studies in the field of mobile journalism, many important results have been achieved under different headings. According to this; in modern journalism education on an international scale, mobile devices are increasingly used in educational applications. Mobile journalism literature, which has a history of more than twenty years in the international arena, is considered as a need for study in terms of researchers. In Turkish literature, our project is a pioneer in this respect. Other outcomes of the study and outputs of the study were discussed and interpretted in the relevant sections of the report.
