Summary
<p>In our country, very important studies are carried out so that disadvantaged individuals can continue their education life without any problems. In particular, within the framework of the "Eleventh Development Plan (2019-2023), all individuals will have access to an inclusive and qualified education, lifelong learning opportunities and education at all levels on the basis of equality of opportunity". established as a state policy. At this point, there are almost no studies on the resources that the visually impaired, who are among the disadvantaged, can use as a textbook in music education in conservatories and fine arts high schools. The aim of this project, which we have prepared in line with these determinations, is to fill this gap in the literature with a comprehensive study, considering the absence of a method study prepared and published for a traditional Turkish folk instrument, the kabak kemane, which can also be used by the visually impaired in Turkey. Kabak is to find a permanent solution to the violin learning. For the first time in Turkey, the kabak kemane method will be written for the visually impaired and this project will be a pioneering and original work for our other traditional instruments. In this respect, the study will be the first in our country, as well as the first in the whole world. In the light of the Braille writing system used today for the visually impaired and the guide prepared by the Ministry of National Education, our method of zucchini violine will be written with Braille Alphabet and will be brought to the music literature.</p>
