EFFECT and the OPTIMIZATION OF SPINNING CONDITIONS on the PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS of COTTON RING-SPUN YARNS
Project no. 1268 · Status: Kapanmış · 2016
Summary
In this project, the effect and the optimization of spinning conditions on the performance characteristics of cotton ring-spun yarns has been studied. A pure cotton yarn was produced at varied spinning conditions on a ring spinning test machine. Spinning conditions include spinning draft, twist factor, yarn count and spindle speed. The behaviour of higher number of yarns is noticeably lower in respect of tensile strength, LML and PTEMF values.
