Tire (İzmir) İlçesi Atmosferinde Allerjik Fungal Spor ve Polenlerin Saptanması
Project no. 22909 · Status: Kapanmış (Yayın bekleniyor) · 2021
Summary

Changes in atmospheric pollen and fungal spore concentrations of Tire (İzmir) district during one year were revealed. For this purpose, “Lanzoni VPPS 2010” brand spores and pollen capture vehicle was used according to the volumetric method between 01.November.2021 and 31.October.2022.On the other hand, weekly and monthly changes in pollen and fungal spore concentrations per m3 were determined. Pollen belonging to a total of 42 taxa, 27 woody and 15 herbaceous, were found in the atmosphere. The highest pollen concentrations are Pinaceae (6969 pollen/m3 ), Cupressaceae/Taxaceae (6079 pollen/m3 ), Quercus (2636 pollen/m3 ), Poaceae (1043 pollen/m3 ), Urticaceae (350 pollen/m3 ), and Plantago (304 pollen) /m3 ) belongs to taxa.It has been determined that the months with the highest total pollen amounts in the air are April (6775 pollen/m3 ), May (6254 pollen/m3 ) and March (6176 pollen/m3 ), respectively. As a result of our research, 246,649 spores/m3 belonging to 17 taxa were determined. The taxa with the highest number of spores are respectively; Spores belonging to the taxa Cladosporium (198.001 spores/m3 ) and Alternaria (22237 spores/m3 ).The maximum total amount of spores in the atmosphere, respectively; June (72222 spores/m3 ), October (68048 spores/m3 ), July (43334 spores/m3 ). It has been demonstrated by regression analyzes that it includes the guides between the variation of pollen and fungal spores in the air and atmospheric storms such as temperature amount, temperature, wind speed and relative humidity.
