According to the results of the research, the average milking period is 268.41 days and the daily milk yield per animal is 23.09 kg. 91.68% of the milk produced in the farms is marketed. The average milk price received by the farmers is calculated as 1.24 TL/kg. Feed costs in the farms constitute 72.82% of the total production costs. The unit milk cost was determined as 1.19 TL/kg. Efficiency in farms was determined as 69% and 78%, respectively, under the assumptions of CRS and VRS.
