Summary
Genetic changes in hematological malignancies have a great importance for diagnosis, monitoring and treatment. Conventional cytogenetic methods for the examination of chromosomal abnormalities detected by demonstrating the importance of this method has become indispensable. By this method cells could be very precisely analyzed in a shorter time. This caused ??more efficient analysis procedure. Bone marrow samples of one hundred and fifty adult patients diagnosed with hematological malignancies were investigated for chromosomal abnormalities by using this system in this study.
