BAZI BAHÇE BİTKİLERİNİN DOKU KÜLTÜRÜ TEKNİĞİ İLE ÇOĞALTIMINDA BİYOREAKTÖR KULLANIMI ÜZERİNE ARAŞTIRMALAR

Project no. 1014 · Status: Kapanmış · 2016

Summary

Temporary immersion system (TIS) bioreactors, which have different design and working principals, provide to benefit from the positive effects of liquid media on growth and multiplication. However, its advantage over solid media may changes according to different species and type of these bioreactors. The aim of this study was to compare the temporary immersion system bioreactor (Plantform bioreactor) culture, which has been developed in recent years, has a single container and easy cleaning, sterilization and culture properties, with solid media culture by using three different ornamental plants. Shoot number of three species per explant (multiplication rate) was significantly increased at plantform bioreactor system with respect to solid media. Multiplication rate of Spathiphyllum, Cordyline and Aronia at TIS was 33.5, 8.9 and 11.2 shoot.explant-1. The proliferation rate of these species at solid culture was 4.7; 2.2 and 6.6 shoot.explant-1. Total shoot fresh weight and dry weight of all of the three species were higher at bioreactor culture. Plantform may be used for micro propagation of Spathiphyllum and Aronia, which any difference or abnormality was determined at the appereance, growth and growth properties of invitro shoots of these two species.
