Summary
This investigation aimed to extract, characterize and to study the effect of some parameters on trypsin proteinase recovery from visceral organs of cultured seabream (Sparus aurata) In the sea bream internal organs, the crude oil was found to be 39.72 %, moisture 47.13%, protein 8.11% and ash 0.85%.
