Summary
<p>At the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ege University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, KRAS protooncogene Let-7 micro RNA binding site polymorphism will be investigated by RT-PCR method in eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues of patients who underwent surgery due to adenomyosis, deep and superficial endometriosis, and a comparison will be made regarding the presence of polymorphism and its impact on the clinic among these patient groups. The findings of this study are aimed to contribute to the development of non-invasive diagnostic tools for endometriosis and adenomyosis and to the prognosis and decision-making processes for surgical intervention.</p>
