Özet
Important problems occur in terms of both the residual risk and the durability risk of the chemicals used against bunch rot in the vineyards. The aim of this study was investigated the effect of pre-harvest applications of potassium (PBC) and sodium bicarbonate (SBC) salts on bunch rots of grape as an alternative to these chemicals. In the pre-harvest period, PBC (1%) and SBC (2%) were applied two times as individually or combination. At commercial harvest time, the bunch decays were evaluated and after harvest the plots were covered with a special polypreplyene and one month after the decay was examined. The decay development on bunches at PBC application under cover was less than 10% compared to control. The application has a 33.99%. of effectiveness on decay inhibition. In addition, it was found 18.81% and 11% efficacy, respectively, SBC, and the mixture of SBC + PBC. Decay development on cold storage conditions was very high, but the lowest decay was found in PBC application. The phytotoxic effect was observed on leaves and bunches on treated plots.
