Özet
<p>In this study, the selection process of a "contract manufacturer" for an enterprise which is</p><p>operating in Izmir was handled. After the observations made at the small and medium sized</p><p>enterprises, the KPIs were determined. Accordingly, these enterprises were compared with</p><p>each other in terms of these KIPs. Finally, in the selection of contract manufacturer</p><p>enterprise, Fuzzy Dematel method which is one of the multi criteria decision making</p><p>methods was used to determine the most suitable one.</p>
