Özet
Background: Melanoma is the most aggressive form of skin cancer, and early diagnosis remains the most critical determinant of patient survival. Dysplastic nevi (DN), which clinically resemble melanoma, represent precursor lesions and complicate early detection. Therefore, there is a pressing need for non-invasive biomarkers that enable discrimination between melanoma and benign lesions. Emerging evidence suggests that both circulating microbial DNA and alterations in lipid metabolism may reflect cancer-associated biological changes.
