Özet
Chronic systemic diseases associated with asthma cause an increase in the burden of health services, a reducation in the quality of life of individuals, and a decrease in work efficiency. Obesity, which plays a role in the reduction of pharmacological effects in the treatment of asthma, increases with sedentary life. A significant reduction in obesity is observed with exercise applications. Obesity is an important risk factor for asthma and also increases the severity of the disease by causing an increase in inflammation markers.
