Özet

A cost-effective single-use sensor technology (ZentoSens) was developed in order to sensitive and selective voltammetric detection of a mycotoxin, zearalenone (ZEN) in food products. In this context, single-use pencil graphite electrode (PGE) was used as a sensing platform and voltammetric measurements were performed via differential pulse voltammetry technique. The limit of detection was found to be 29.47 ng mL(-1). The electrochemical detection of ZEN was successfully performed in food products; such as, corn flour, corn starch, malt. Additionally, the selectivity of the sensor was tested against to other similar mycotoxins such as, Deoxynivalenol, Fumonisin, Ochratoxin A.
