Snakemake workflows, benchmark harness and analysis scripts reproducing the evaluation of network-weighted per-cell gene-set activity scoring reported in the accompanying article, including the parameter sweep, the topology-versus-selection ablation, the held-out-donor comparison with published scoring methods, the gene-level weight audit and the differential-activity analyses.
