Özet
This work presents the Vacuum Elasticity Model (VEM), a unified framework in which the effects usually attributed to dark matter arise not from new particles but from the elastic response of the quantum vacuum in regions where gravitational acceleration is very low. The model relies on a single universal transition scale that modifies gravity in these weak-field environments and naturally reproduces MOND-like galactic behavior, including the Radial Acceleration Relation and the well-known flat rotation curve of NGC 3198, without requiring dark-matter halos. On cosmological scales, the same elastic response of the vacuum drives late-time cosmic acceleration and yields an effective matter density fully consistent with Planck 2018 and Pantheon+ observations. It also naturally reduces the well-known S8 tension by suppressing the growth of large-scale structure. Overall, VEM offers a single physical mechanism capable of describing both dark-matter-like and dark-energy-like phenomena and stands as a promising alternative in need of further theoretical and observational testing.
