Özet
Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) is mature stem cell type. MSCs have potential to use in the medicine. They are available in many tissues and in number suitable for reproduction resistant cell. However, they are very few in tissues where they obtained the most important disadvantage is that. Bone/periosteum, muscle tissue, dental pulp and maxillofacial tissues, liver, lipoaspiration materials, umbilical cord blood, cord stroma, placenta, amniotic fluid, synovial fluid, or even receiving means in the peripheral blood can be obtained. In this review is given to the study of osteogenic differentiation of the bone marrow, cord blood and adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells
