Özet
<p>Trips to get away from the chaos, noise and the stress of the city life are among today’s most preferred choices for touristic consumers. In this regard, rural tourism is one of the most preferred selections presently for this purpose. This study includes an assessment of Ödemiş County of İzmir in terms of rural tourism presentation possibilities which outputs suggestions based on the data obtained. The research was carried out in the form of written literature, personal interviews as well as location - event analyzes. The research revealed that the resources of the county for tourism presentations was open for the development, therefore required planning, the implementation of which would ultimately be beneficial for the county regarding both the economical and the social development.<br></p>
