<div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="section" style="background-color: rgb(240, 240, 248);"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p><span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Aestetico;">Organizational change is a subject that is frequently studied due to the effects it creates at various levels, such as; individual, group, and organizational level. However, the number of studies that question the experiences of the employees in the change process in a holistic way from the perspective of the employee, manager and workplace doctor is limited. Thus, in this study, it was questioned how employees in different levels and roles, who actively participated in and were affected by a radical change, such as organizational merger, perceived the change and how they managed this process. The research was carried out by using a mixed-method ap- proach, covering the views of employees, managers and workplace doctors. In the quantitative part of the research, the relationships between organizational change and sub-dimensions were revealed. In-depth inter- views were used along with the survey to better understand the nature of organizational change.</span></p></div></div></div></div>
