Özet
The rheology of substances containing different substituents is affected by the different regions that are not continuous within themselves, the presence of the concentration change rate due to the inhomogeneous structure, and the flow direction of the reinforcement elements. The relationships between the continuous and dispersed phases yield a product with many rheological properties. We made research on rheological characteristics of nanocomposites which include nanoparticles such as carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and graphene. Nanocomposite rheology describes microstructure and it is important for understanding the processing of these materials. Density and dispersion states of the nanotubes define the rheological behavior of the CNT-reinforced polymer nanocomposites. The main rheological properties studied were dynamic and steady-state shear properties, showing the effect of nanofiller weight ratio, interaction of nanoparticle/polymer on dynamic modulus, and shear-thinning manner. In this chapter, we have focused on some details such as the rotational rheometer geometry and its characteristic effects in different types of environments. Also, as we noted later, in order to understand the constitution of soft substances, dynamic evaluation methods are used. For example, dynamic measurements in viscoelastic fluids provide valuable information about the dynamics of particle structure.
