Özet
Oz Giris: Kisisel saglik verilerinin kayit ve korunmasinda saglik calisanlarinin tutumlari onemlidir. Ozellikle saglik hizmet sunumunda hemsireler, bu alanda aktif rol ustlenirler. Bu konudaki sorumluluk bilinci ise ogrencilik doneminde, egitim sureci akisindaki vurgulamalarla kazandirilabilir. Amac: Arastirma, kisisel saglik verilerinin kayit ve korunmasina iliskin tutumlari belirlemek uzere “Hemsirelik Ogrencileri Icin Kisisel Saglik Verilerinin Kayit ve Korunmasi Tutum Olcegi”nin gelistirilmesi amaciyla metodolojik olarak gerceklestirilmistir. Yontem: Arastirma, Izmir ilindeki bir hemsirelik fakultesinde yapilmis ve orneklemi 305 ogrenci olusturmustur. Arastirmanin verileri sosyo-demografik ozellikler formu ve “Hemsirelik Ogrencileri Icin Kisisel Saglik Verilerinin Kayit ve Korunmasi Tutum Olcegi” ile toplanmistir. Calismadan elde edilen veriler sayi, yuzde, korelasyon analizi, faktor analizi, Cronbach alfa katsayisi ve bagimli gruplarda t testi kullanilarak degerlendirilmistir. Bulgular: Arastirmacilar tarafindan 46 maddelik olcek havuzu olusturulmustur. Kapsam gecerligini gerceklestirmek uzere uzman gorusu alinmistir. Analizler sonucunda taslak olcegin madde sayisi 31’e dusurulmustur. Madde toplam puan korelasyon katsayilari 0.37-0.68 arasinda degismektedir. Dogrulayici faktor analizi sonucunda bes faktorlu olcek yapisi dogrulanmistir. Uyum iyiligi istatistiklerinde, uyum degerleri yeterli bulunmustur. Taslak olcegin Cronbach alfa guvenirlik katsayisi 0.94’tur. Arastirmada test-tekrar test guvenirlik katsayisi .85 olup, iki olcum puanlari arasinda pozitif yonde, guclu ve istatistiksel olarak ileri duzeyde anlamli bir iliski oldugu saptanmistir. Sonuc: Hemsirelik Ogrencileri Icin Kisisel Saglik Verilerinin Kayit ve Korunmasi Tutum Olcegi’nin gecerlik ve guvenirligi yuksek saptanmis olup, hemsirelik ogrencilerinin kisisel saglik verilerinin kayit ve korunmasina yonelik tutumlarinin tanimlanmasinda etkin bir olcme araci oldugu belirlenmistir. Abstract Study of Validity and Reliability of Registration and Preservation of the Personal Health Data Attitude Scale For Nursing Students Background: The attitude of healthcare workers is important in registration and preservation of personal health data. Nurses play an active role in this area, especially in health care delivery. On this subject, the sense of responsibility of the nursing student can be earned with emphasizing during the flow of the education process. Objective: The research has been conducted methodologically in order to determine the attitude related to registration and preservation of personal health data and for the development of Personal Health Data Registration and Preservation Attitude Scale for Nursing Students. Method: Research, has been conducted at a Nursing School in the province of Izmir and sampling was formed with 305 students. Data of the study has been obtained using the socio-demographic characteristics form and Personal Health Data Registration and Preservation Attitude Scale For Nursing Students. The data obtained from the study were evaluated using the number, percentage, correlation analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and t test in dependent groups. Results: A 46-item scaled pool was created by researchers. To implement validity of the scope expert opinion was taken. As a result of the analyzes, draft scale's number of items has been reduced to 31. Total score correlation coefficient of item range from 0.37 to 0.68. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, a five-factor scale structure was verified. In the goodness of fit statistics, the compliance values were found adequate. The Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient of the draft scale is 0.94. Test-retest reliability coefficient of the study is .85 and it is found that there is a positive, strong and statistically advanced relationship between two measurements. Conclusion: The validity and reliability of Personal Health Data Registration and Preservation Attitude Scale for Nursing Students has been proved to be high so the scale is determined to be an efficient measurement tool for identifying attitudes of nursing students' on registration and preservation of personal health data.
