Özet

Background: The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into medical imaging and radiology offers unprecedented opportunities for improving diagnostic accuracy and workflow efficiency. However, it also introduces critical ethical and clinical challenges that require careful evaluation within the framework of medical deontology.

Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the perspectives, attitudes, and ethical concerns of radiology professionals regarding the clinical implementation of AI diagnostic tools.

Methods: A qualitative and quantitative assessment was conducted among medical professionals to analyze key parameters including data privacy, responsibility sharing, algorithmic bias, and the preservation of patient autonomy.

Results: While the majority of participants recognize AI as a powerful supportive tool for reducing diagnostic errors, significant concerns were raised regarding legal liability in misdiagnoses, the potential erosion of the physician-patient relationship, and data security.

Conclusion: To ensure the safe integration of AI in healthcare, robust ethical guidelines and updated deontological frameworks must be established. The technology should strictly serve as a diagnostic aid, maintaining the physician as the ultimate decision-maker to protect medical dignity and patient safety.
