Özet
The transition toward the sixth generation$(6 \mathrm{G})$of mobile networks introduces the Internet of Senses (IoS), a paradigm aiming to provide immersive, multi-modal humandigital experiences. However, the integration of haptic, olfactory, and sensory data alongside traditional media introduces unprecedented security vulnerabilities. This study presents a systematic literature review, conducted according to PRISMA 2020 principles, to examine the intersection of IoS and cybersecurity. A comprehensive search of four major electronic databases, supplemented by industrial grey literature and citation snowballing, yielded 214 records, with 23 original research contributions and technical reports meeting the definitive inclusion criteria. The findings reveal that current research is primarily focused on three thematic clusters: holistic trust architectures, semantic-aware communication privacy, and human-centric data life-cycles. The synthesis highlights critical architectural trade-offs between synchronization latency and cryptographic overhead, noting that while frameworks for pervasive trust are maturing, a significant gap remains in the technical security protocols for specific sensory synchronization and chemical-based data encryption. This study provides a prioritized research roadmap, identifying immediate needs in mitigating multi-modal desynchronization attacks and long-term requirements for standardized edge-AI privacy protocols for wearable IoS devices.
